"I came in to use the FedEx portion of the store to return internet equipment, with the barcode letter. The internet provider covers all shipping on the returned equipment but upon being helped I was told I need to purchase a shipping box from the store. I was confused and asked why. The staff replied they are out of boxes and I would need to pay for it [box] to ship it back. I decided to not use this service location."
