"Dropped an express overnight envelope at 8:47am. Fedex driver pickup is scheduled for 10am. The envelope was supposed to be delivered at its destination by 10:30am the next day. Tracking showed that nothing happened after drop-off. Checking back, turns out they "forgot" to give the envelope to the Fedex driver. Making things worse, they claimed that it was not their fault. Of course, it was "just" an express envelope costing $40+ to deliver the next day, so I guess it doesn't matter (for them, at least) if it is a few days late. If you want anything delivered on time, or delivered at all, I would suggest to select a different drop-off location. Update: After we picked up the envelope to drop it off at another Fedex location, they or someone else at Fedex forged my signature and marked it as "delivered" (allegedly the night before at 11:29pm)."
