"I got sue by my ex, and Ryan help me with my case. Ryan is an honest lawyer, (can say that too honest), he know the law. But he pressure me too much to to give favor to other party. He suggest me to offer high to close the deal, but I refuse and offer much less and the other party accept. Ryan is not very good listener, he did not perform my request as I first, so we cannot win earlier and cost me about 20k more in fee. In the knowledge of law, Ryan should have 5 stars, but his conscientious and listening are even less than 3 stars (may be because I am Asian and my English is not very good). I may give Ryan 4 stars for his service, but the billing department of this firm is terrible, they charge me but not put it in the book. Be aware of the billing department of this firm."
