"I had to find a FedEx office that was open and the one at 1130 Blossom Hill Rd said it closed at 7 on a Saturday. So I rushed out and had to deal with crazy traffic, only to find: it’s a drop box INSIDE AN OFFICE MAX. I could’ve used any drop box anywhere, but your site called it a “ShipSite.” So, a waste of my time. I rarely use FedEx, but you didn’t make any points with me today. Thanks for nothing."
