"My meeting with Sarah was very informative and I really appreciate the more than 30 minutes of free time she took to answer questions. The only reason I won't give this five stars is the communications with your staff needs to improve, it was overbearing and a little predatory. As soon as I booked the appointment I received phone calls, texts and emails reminding me about the intake form, then an email saying I missed the appointment when I didn't. Then a call asking who I booked the original appointment with. Hopefully changes can be made because the consultation was excellent."
