"I wouldn’t rent from them. I have my opinions of buying equipment rather than rent it. Then I said I’ll order the book from Amazon and that’s when he got mad and said he was uncomfortable to rent it for me. So unprofessional. What if I wanna throw away my money better then them asking for my social security number taking my credit information. Who know what would they do with it. This at a house asking you for all your personal information. Just ask yourself this if they have your credit card information why do they need reference’s address ? If the instrument get damaged wouldn’t they charge the credit card? Don’t want Social Security number but why have it on the application?"
"I’m not sure how to feel about this place. I will say I showed up and they require 4 references. A major credit card and a job. My husband is self employed and didn’t have a major credit card, myself as well and got declined from renting from this mom and pop shop. Maybe list on your website and let people know they don’t accept business from self employed. That way we don’t waste each other time. I did however find another store that was more than willing to rent an instrument to us without the hassle of the extra stuff needed. Wish she could of handled it differently. I did feel extremely uncomfortable and would not recommend this business to anyone because of my experience."
