"We ordered food on December 6 totally over $75 which included a delivery fee. The money was taken out of my account at 3:30 PM. At around 5:06 PM. I got a phone call saying that the order was picked up and it would be delivered. Therefore, I took my insulin in preparation for my dinner with my family. By 530 there was nothing by 6pm there was nothing and not until 620pm did we finally get another phone call from them asking if the food had come. The food had not yet come and I told them that I was unable to get through on the phone number to their company and reach anybody, I was only able to leave voicemails. I was told that somebody would call me back and they apologized. We never got a phone call back that night. I called the next day and they told me that they were told that somebody had picked up a second order of food because the food was remade and therefore they were not going to refund any money. Not only did we not pick up the food , because it is a 30 minute walk, but also we we were out a delivery fee and with my diabetes I was put into an uncomfortable situation that I had to remedy at home with peanut butter and jelly after I paid $75 for a delicious meal for me and my family. This is by far the worst ordering system. I am still calling them trying to get this resolved to this day, and I have not seen a penny of my money back."

"This company keeps requesting access to control/manage our Google Business Profile. I've called asking them to stop, but they keep on doing it. It's likely that they are a scam operation and are not respecting restaurant owner's rights."

"Shady underhanded business practices. I submitted an order for 5 meals for delivery. After almost 2 hours it was never delivered so I went to pick it up. When I got there, they had only received an order for 3 meals, but I sure paid for 5 with a tip and with a delivery fee. Mealhi5 cheated this amazing restaurant and me! I will be telling everyone I know about this. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!"

"I want to give them 0 stars. Ordered through them for Pancho villa food, they called later that night demanding I pick up my own food. I told them of course I can't, that's why I ordered delivery! Told them if they can't deliver the food I need a refund. They refused and hung up on me. Pancho villa also refused to get involved and hung up on me. This company is a huge scam. They need to go to prison."

"Scam. Nobody actually works at this company. They still have listings at restaurants that don’t even take orders from them anymore. If you try to call support to get a refund, it goes to a call center where people barely speak English, and they will just hand up on you. Avoid at all costs."
