"Today 6/22/23 I had an issue that I needed immediate advice for. I didn’t know where to turn to. Other firms didn’t have time to answer any of my questions. Then I called Legal Service Center and spoke to Ron. He took his time to answer all my questions, I was nervous wreck and he put my mind at ease and my issues were resolved with his knowledge, patience, and caring demeanor. "Great service! The only reason I had to take stars away was because the Process server they used was horrible. We paid to have our response early but the P.S. got it to us a week later. We also almost had our case dismissed when our tenant was served on the first instead of the second. No apologies given but everything worked out."
"Paid them $510 ($420 to start + $90 for 72 hour notice). Available for every call until they received their money. Then, calls were sent to a voicemail; auto-replied texts- “Sorry, I can’t talk.” When I got them (her) on the phone: “I will call you back in ten minutes.” Two days, and a few calls later, their servicer would be out to deliver the notice sometime the following week. Finally, they advised because my tenant was applying for rental assistance, a judge would most likely throw out the case. Now, tenant has been denied assistance and this company is asking for another $510. Of course that won’t happen, but posting this review to inform others of this company’s tactics. Look around is all. Update: 1. That’s not my name. 2. Your records are wrong. 3. You reply faster to negative comments/ reviews than you do to voicemails and calls when your services were sought; your reviews are the way the are for a reason. 4. Prospective customers, scroll past the negative reviews at your own risk. New Update: Your facts are all wrong! 1. I didn’t email that, I told her over the phone of my intention to write a negative review. 2. Your wrong about the receipt of funding from the IE Rental Assistance Program. 3. I’m glad I didn’t go to court with your company; your inattention to details would most likely have cost me the case. 4. Prospective customers: I was charged $510 and the tenant is still there; be careful."
"I hired them for help with my divorce, name change and for a restraining order and I am so glad I did. Ron and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, they have treated me with utmost respect and they have shown to provide great quality with their service. "Ron, shame on you You know you were wrong and uncalled for. The way you treated me. I wasn’t even asking for Compensation for your lack of providing quality is legal service. I was looking for closure with a Divorce service and restraining order service that I trusted your branch with. Again shame on you for the treatment that was received. Never ONCE WAS THERE AN APOLOGY FOR ANY OF THE DELAY ON YOUR PART. Leslie was who I originally started with very professional. Ever since she left my case was constantly lost and I kept having additional charges. Ron, before you try to apologize then bash for YOUR CUSTOMERS calling you out on your horrible attitude and service.... take that time and energy and put it towards better customer service. ****update after I left the office I immediately called the office (no answer) and made it clear I did not want Ron to call me Instead I wanted emailed communication Since there was no communication and constant added charges. Never received an email instead Ron gave my ex information when he called WHEN I WAS THE PAYING CLIENT. Days later I had a 65 dollar check in the mail no note not letter just 65 dollar check. I only knew what it was for because my EX COMMUNICATED TO ME WHAT IT WAS."
