"Terrible customer service! We had paid a couple of months ago for the renewal of a CPR card and it was never e-mailed to us. It did took us a couple of months to call for it since we were waiting for it to arrive. When I called to see if they could resend it to us Cathy was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was yelling saying that I was going to make her work because I did not called her sooner. When I told her that I did not appreciated her tone she went off yelling at me even more!! I understand that it was my fault for taking so long to call but as a paying customer I should NOT be treated this way. I will make sure that we do not use her services anymore in my office. I really hope that she has the decency to send us the CPR renewal we already paid for."
