It is for the process, it took over one week for the order to go from ordered to them printing a label, then it took an additional week for the box to get shipped out, once I received my products weeks later 2 lipsticks were broken so i contacted them asap, I have reached out through social media and email as well as called and have not had any luck reaching anyone! Now I'm sitting here with 2 broken lipsticks and can't seem to get a hold of anyone to replace my product, im sending this one's back and not simply trying to get free $#!+ but it'll most likely be the last time i order if I can't have any resolutions to my problems"
