"As a teacher and mother of students at SCCS, I can confidently say from the inside that there is not a better school in the area. I came to SCCS after 7 years working in CUSD. I never thought I’d fall so in love with a school and its leadership. I feel safe with my children at this school (academically, physically, and spiritually). The new all-day security guard on campus adds to my comfort. The academics are strong and teachers are so loving, kind, and deeply concerned about students’ relationship with God. My son loves chapel each week and is learning leaps and bounds beyond my expectations."
"We feel very fortunate to have our daughter attend this school. They are all very encouraging and welcoming to our family and child. There is lots of attention and small class size."
"I love the teachers at this school!!"
"My wife and I were very disappointed with having to remove our son from the school after three day. We were hoping that this would be a great opportunity for him to have a private education. We feel that we were duped and not given the facts in the beginning no Technology and basic Common Core is all that was going to be taught according to his 5th grade teacher. On our tour we were shown a beautiful classroom, but our son was placed into an inferior, small room no larger than a large closet with Black walls. He was given an old desk and a chair with a broken leg. A handout was given out on Friday during class without any explanation of what was required as teacher retreated back to her desk, if I was a betting man I’d lay money on the fact that she doesn’t have a teaching credential. The day of the Ice Cream Social 2 days before the start of classes, we left heart sick and call his public school and told them not to release his records to Capo, We decided to give the school the benefit of the doubt, after three days we knew he’d be better off in a public school with a real teacher. Under the circumstances we felt we had no choice but to take our son out the school."
