The worst part is the terrible communication and chaos in the office. I had 5 cars and four properties with them at one point but you’d never know I might be an important customer. Tom himself never reached out to us when things were chaotic. Delegated to very poor office help. I’m a long time Farmers customer. Transferred my business to a different agent."
