They made me lose my job and now I can't find work THE LAWYER WAS MISSING TWICE AT HEARINGS BEFORE THE JUDGE AND WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED UP IT WAS ONLY TO TELL ME THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE FOR ME, TO ACCEPT $1,500 DOLLARS AND SIGN MY VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION OR TO RETURN TO WORK AND FORGET THE CASE; LOGICALLY IF I RETURNED THEY WOULD KILL ME ANYWAY FOR TRYING TO SUE, I HAD TO TAKE THAT MISERY AND SIGN MY RESIGNATION. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF FROM THE BEGINNING THEY ANALYZED MY CASE THEY HAD WARNED ME THAT THE CASE WAS NOT APPLICABLE AND I BETTER NOT TRY TO DEAL WITH A LAWSUIT I THINK THE LAWYER SOLD OUT WITH THE COMPANY! OR ELSE, HE IS LESSLY UNPROFESSIONAL JUST LIKE HIS PARALEGAL JOSIE, ARREOLA AND ALL HIS ASSISTANTS!"

"We went to this location thinking we were going to get the help we needed. Wrong. We visited this office in Feb. 2015 and till this day, they haven't helped us resolve our problem. We had a driver crash into our property (business location). The insurance was giving us a hard time so we sought this office's help. It's been over a year and nothing has been done. The paralegal by the name of Josie is very rude and unprofessional. We came by her office to pick up a letter from them saying we didn't want them to represent us anymore. She was very rude to my husband and got very upset because we went to her office. She said she had told us she would send it out in the mail, which it never happened. She got mad because my husband told her right on her face that she had been lying to us all this time. Every time I call to ask and see what's going on, I get a bunch of lies from her. I just called her today one last time to see what was going on and she put me on hold and came back to the line and said she would send it out by mail and hung up on me and didn't even let me tell her I would pick it up to make sure we get it. If you ever need legal help, please get it from someone that really wants to help people out. This is one rude lady."
