"Sharon has always been extremely responsive to any of my issues either relating to my car insurance or home owners. Recently I encountered water leakage and her office turned me onto a plumber who did an excellent job and was very fast. Because of this, there is no water damage or replacement of the carpet needed. If it wasn't for the quick response from Sharon and her team, I would be having to re-carpet my house again. Sharon even took it further to contact the plumber directly after the work was completed to ensure I did get the best price and service she expects. She is a joy to work with and always helpful.
