"My experience with Laguna Technical College was horrible, the woman on the phone was extremely rude! I was told that the class had to much work to be done and I would need more time, which is fine by me that is helpful information, if it hand't been for the way she said it. I had to talk to her three times just to get that and instead of giving me a later date or helping me in anyway she said "well Bye" before I could even respond. When I called back to talk to her superior she said she is the superior, wow way to run a business. Its unfortunate because the teachers are wonderful, if only there was an owner that wasn't intolerable and insolent."
