"They were okay when you still had insurance with them. However they don’t have service for multi group policy, so I had to decide to switch out. And I requested to cancel my policy, they tried their best to delay my request. My parents were the policy holder, and they could not speak English, so no way for them to talk with Agent Kathy Park on the phone. I told Agent Kathy the situation, and I also sent her the letter of insurance cancellation request with my parents’ signatures. This agency didn’t reply my emails or give me a solution on how to cancel policy, until I told them I gonna file a complaint with the corporate office, the Agent Hanjun started to email me with a form of insurance cancellation. At that time I notice Agent Hanjun can speak Mandarin, why Agent Kathy Park didn’t ask Agent Hanjun for help to communicate with my parents and held my request for a long time. I have never seen and experienced any agency like this one, usually you request for cancellation and on the same day they canceled it for you. I would not recommend this Agency, would like give a zero star rating if I could."
