"I came here two years ago and had a great experience even during the pandemic when hours were short and not much staff available. Recently I referred my bf to them due to my good experience. I regret it to say the least… He is constantly getting the run around, always a “I’ll call you back”, paid for his supplies and said he will pick them up and they still shipped them even though we’re local? The communication is extremely poor with the new staff. He hasn’t been able to login to any courses online to take his exams that’s he due for. I’ve listened to him call them and explain and they say “we’re sorry about that we’ll follow up with you”. They never followed up… it’s been about 3 weeks now and he’s stuck unable to move forward due to the consistent lies. We’re disputing with our bank due to this company not performing like they said they would and going to another school. Shame on you Premier!"
