"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My family and In have been with Allstate Insurance and Rick Costa for 20+ years. During that time we have always paid our premiums onetime. We had zero claims until February 2017 when the rain damaged our home. When we contacted Rick for help he did nothing for us. They never paid the claim and they never provided any kind of help. I had a difficult time just reaching Rick as he maybe retired or something. I highly recommend you find a different insurance broker. This one is about as bad as it gets. Also, the two of the three positive comments are 7 days apart. Looks like they stacked the comment since the suck so bad."
