"This place is horrible. Ive been a customer for many years, had a good relationship in the beginning. Then i heard how they they treated my father and sister. The newer people in the office are rude, insistive, assuming, and frustrating to work with. Dont be rude to us if you dont understand our english and take it out on us if youre frustrated not getting what you want taking it on us. You dont have to like me or this message but respect it, why? Because we run an automotive business (13 years) down the street & used to send people there for years in the sent referrals this way, i will no longer refer people there with the newer staff in place or people. Will start looking for better customer service & someone i can trust to be more comfortable send all my referral customers elsewhere instead. Im very protective about how my family is treated and if this office doesnt see their flaws they should reconsider the pride and ego. Its about customer first and how you deliever your message in communication."

"My family and I had a horrible experience. Simply put… we couldn’t wait until our policy period ended to work with another agency. This office is unwilling to provide general customer support. Seems like they’ve pulled their family members in but have no clue as to what they are doing. Many of our questions were never answered and Ms. Josephine Tan is often missing in action. When they don’t want to deal with you they tell you she is traveling or gone for the day. They opened up a real estate business two doors down and juggle between both. It was constant frustration dealing with them."

"An absolute nightmare…RUN FAR!!!!!! If I could beg people to look elsewhere for insurance I would make it my civil duty. Dealing with Josephine Tan and her "agency" has been horrible from start to finish. A place where she's pulled her family to work who has absolutely no clue as to what they are doing. Extreme unprofessionalism, dismissive, lack of integrity and will never be of any assistance. I have never felt so helpless in my life.... So many unanswered questions, feeling robbed of your money will lead you to extreme frustration. The answer to everything is the global 800 - number. Please trust the other reviews and simply choose another agent! This is not the office you want to trust with your insurance policies."

"If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience dealing with this office. Very incompetent, unprofessional and useless. The low ratings are all accurate to what I went through. I would pay double, triple just to get quality service from an insurance agent who is actually does the work instead of routing you to customer service (800 number) where you still don’t get answers. This office is a pain to deal with and they don’t care!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away."

"Stay away from this office. Was happy allstate customer last 25 yrs. Agent retired and transferred my acct to this office. After increasing my monthly by over 150.00 more I called to speak w new agent and she was not much help. pretty much said nothing she could do! Never did I experience such a lack of effort and professional service from allstate. This office will take your money cold and callously. I switched with AAA for car ins w much cheaper rates AND now in process of also changing my Allstate Home insurance too. Beware of this office and look around like I did. You’ll find cheaper rates elsewhere!"
