"This review is strictly based on Susan's absolute terrible customer service (never had a problem with anyone else at the office) Susan is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with by far. I was appalled at how she spoke to me regarding simple questions I had in purchasing a new insurance. Condescending, refused to let me speak with anyone else and said "too bad its only me in this role". I switched to a new Allstate Agent as soon as I hung up the phone with her. Upon reading other reviews- seems there is a pattern with Susan and her disrespect. Highly advise going elsewhere. Susan- you are loosing your company business, please fix your attitude."

"I've been using their services for years.. probably over 5 years now. Without going into too much unnecessary detail, had a terrrrible experience with Susan over the phone. She was SO rude for no reason & when asked to speak to someone else, she said, "No, I'm one of the owners of this insurance office & you can speak to me." ..Um, ok bye then. After reading some other reviews on Google, I realized I'm not the first and surely won't be the last, since this is clearly how she operates. She thinks she can speak to people any way she pleases & may want to reconsider the way she treats people. I was calling to add a car to my policy, but now I will cancel it altogether & take my business elsewhere. Felt like it was important to warn others & encourage them to do the same."

"Worst Agency. Wish they had a negative rating, giving 1 star as default. The “wife” Susan Johnson who has 9 employees and have 11 agency’s, of course she pointed that out, from the moment I came in was very rude and the tone in which she speaks is very degrading. She automatically treated me wrong. Don’t want to believe but was my first experience with being discriminated, use google maps and find another agency as she suggested I did."
