We booked her around a year before our wedding date and since then she was incredibly kind and responsive to our needs, wants, and vision. Jane was transparent with her pricing, created the most beautiful and thorough vision board prior to officially booking and remained open to subtle changes/additions to our contract up until a week prior to the big day. On wedding day, we were in awe of how her artwork transformed our venue (a family member's ranch) and the attention to detail she had by having watched her for a short time setting up our altar. Having little talent for decorating, Jane was more than willing to offer suggestions for our floral decor based on the style of our wedding as well as the type of flowers my husband and I particularly liked. Although it is a non-specific description, I kept describing our goal look as "natural", and Jane absolutely knocked it out of the park. She provides summaries of her plan for each aspect of the floral design, and those summaries are very representative of the actual product, which made it easy to picture our wedding without actually seeing it.
