Welcome to the Whittier Area Cooperative Special Education Program (WACSEP) located at 8324 Westman Avenue in Whittier, California, United States. WACSEP is a school institution that serves seven member contiguous school districts in southeastern Los Angeles County. Established in 1956, WACSEP has a long history of providing support and services to students with disabilities. As a Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA), WACSEP works collaboratively with member districts, staff, students, and families to ensure the success of all students.
