"I'm new at writing reviews, but not naive enough to believe everything I read. My experience at Dial and associates is that Everyone who currently works there has been very courteous and caring. since previous review left a great deal of doubt, I checked and found out that they are registered with EAMS and they can't appear in court to represent a client unless they are. Stephen Dial has appeared at the workers compensation court in orange county on my behalf. Not hearing what you want is no reason to bash someone.people don't call attorneys when things are going great in their lives. I don't normally leave reviews but i'm disabled now because of something that happened at work and I have alot of extra time on my hands. I trust this firm has more than enough expertise to handle my case.and I would refer them to a friend relative coworker or even a stranger. I also like that they aren't too big to see and hear me personally."

"I would not recommend! My case took too long to settle. Once it settled, it took over three months to get paid, Not only that but per my agreement with Mr. Dial I'd get a certain amount for my case once he and the doctors were paid. Once settled, Mr. Dial decided that our previous agreement was no longer valid and decided to settle my case for less than agreed. When I argued this situation he became very furious threatening me to either agree with him or he'd drop my case and put a lien on it for his services. This was a very uncomfortable situation to be in with the "professional" who's supposed to be representing you. There are good people working in that office, but employee turnover is so high, that you never know who you'll talk to next. I truly believe there are good lawyers out there, unfortunately this one is not one of them!!"
