"This review is long overdue, but I would like to share my experience working with Norma and Southern California Law Advocates. In 2010 I was 4 months behind on my car payment and had just started a new job. My auto finance company would not accept any payments from me at all and were set on trying to take my vehicle. I asked for managers and higher ups, but they were honestly some of the most terrible and angry people I have ever spoken to. I needed my car for my new job and did not know what to do.
