This law firm has a very kind receptionist but as soon as you're transfered you get an unprofessional , rude , insensitive, offensive, unwilling and aggressive person who keeps interupting you while you talk. I guess mostly that's a lawyer for you but if you are looking for resolution or information they become impolite and toxic which instigates a self-perpetuating cycle of negative behavior, hampering our productivity, our happiness and our health along the way. -Nbcnews.
