"At first, I was very pleased with the service I was receiving from Jeff. When time to negotiate with Mediation, is when the trouble started and ended. The first offer on the table was for a couple of thousand less than what I paid to retain him! Jeff looked at me and asked, "whatcha think?" Not once did he speak up in my behalf, he totally misrepresented me! He didn't make one settlement offer. When I suggested a price, which was extremely low, he told me no, they won't pay that, he didn't bother to ask them. He discouraged me from a jury trial.
