"I do believe my experience would have been great but unfortunately I got talked to by Norma Garcia who had told me a set time she would call, never called & when I called back before the day ended she told me in a very sassy way “I have back to back appointments so I don’t know what you want me to do if I’m still not done talking to clients” I was so taken back because I simply asked about the appointment, so from there I kept getting ignored and to my surprise an email saying that this firm will no longer work with me because I still haven’t talked about the consultation. I then emailed her and told her I didn’t like the super unprofessional attitude and way to handle clients considering I was being ignored then disqualified for her ignoring me, so I asked if she can provide me with the main representative contact information and as you can image she called me not so long after, I didn’t answer and she left a voicemail saying she would be happy to help me and I’m guessing it’s because I asked for the main representative email and of course she never provided me with that email and that’s the last of it . I would’ve love to work with this firm as it was a recommendation but some employees can completely ruin a great experience what a shame."
