"They are good but they can have a fix up have like people to walk around and help clean."
"Just thought I would put it out there that some of Torrance High School's CAASPP scores, you know the ones that rank one school against the other, beat South Torrance, North Torrance, Redondo Union, and Penn. So, as far as education goes, Torrance High does offer a competitive education to its students. This information is based off the 2017-2018 CAASPP scores available for comparison on the California Department of Education website."
"Voted one of most beautiful campuses in So Cal. Centennial year."

"The teachers I've had so far are fantastic and work hard everyday to make sure we succeed. Most of the faculty here is friendly, along with the student body and overall community. I have observed a few problem students, but I don't think they are a big concern here at THS. However, much of this school is very old (100th anniversary in 2017) and is in need of major renovations (to fix rusting water fountains & lockers, filthy restrooms with broken sinks/toilets/hand dryers, potentially earthquake-prone buildings, etc.). Luckily, construction workers have started doing just that, although it will take a few years to complete. Despite these current issues, Torrance is an excellent school to attend, and as a freshman, I can say that my first impressions last September were very positive. I am looking forward to my next 3 years here. It is also truly an honor to get to attend the same high school as Louis Zamperini did. Go Tartars!"
