"DONT USE!!! I paid them to file my business license, they gladly charged me $400. However, months later l still haven’t receive any of my documents (currently still waiting.). Soon I find out they MISSPELLED MY BUSINESS NAME! after we had confirmed through email how to spell it. I was not informed of this mistake, and I only found out when I started receiving junk mail with the misspelled name. When I contacted Micheal bustos he said he was aware and was filing an amendment. Terrible !"

"Michael was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout working with the firm. Even when I changed my order details at the last minute he was happy to help and make the changes without extra charge. It was the best experience I have ever had working with an attorney. "We have been working with Spiegel Utrera for several years and we are still an active client. For years, they have filed our company minutes and we were always satisfied with this service so, we contacted them for legal support. Although they still file our minutes, we no longer contact them for legal advice. We had them rewrite our home improvement service contract for a fee (rates were within industry standards) . In the beginning their legal team seemed to be knowledgeable and responsive,. But , we later found out that they were not well versed in basic construction law or current employment laws. After having the new contract, we began researching if our contract actually protected the company as well as our customers. We were concerned about our new contract and the content. Soon after, we put a corporate attorney on retainer. Seeing as they specialize in construction law, they found our contract did NOT adhere to the Ca. State home improvement contract laws. Over all the company provides a good service for the minutes and for us that is where it ends. As contractors in California, we need our contracts to be detailed and accurate as possible in order to be compliant in the states eyes. We needed a law firm that specializes in our field, which we now have."

"I called this attorney company and they fooled me with a service they never provided. At first, it seems to be a trustworthy firm, but they aren’t. If you request business licenses with them. Spiegel & Utrera will promise that they will fill out the forms for you and you only need to file them to the proper authorities. You will get a bunch of random forms gathered from the internet. They will send this useless forms. Once you get back to fix the issue, you will not get answers. Once you will request for a refund, you will not get it either. You will be lucky if you can dispute with your credit card and get the money back. I wasn’t lucky with my credit card because Spiegel & Utrera “provided the service. This is a simple and effective form of scam. I hope that this review can help others to be aware of this firm in the future. Sincerely…"

"I spent nearly $200 dollars for something that I couldn't use. They don't offer a refund even if you ask for. Lioness gathered a bunch of PDF forms form the internet sent it to me via email and said "done!" After you pay, good luck! You may never see that money again. Be aware of this company and or read more reviews from other state."
