"It's awesome bank tellers the only problem is wheelchair accessible doors needs automatic for seniors as well who are frail elderly I'm in and out love the ladies there gorgeous"
"I don’t go in often, only when I need to get quarters, but I usually have good service when I do. Never got stuck in a long line here. I have had multiple people approach me leaving the ATM to ask for money but nothing the bank can do about that. As with all banks I would not recommend going late at night to the ATM because it’s walk up, not drive through."
"This bofa location is the worst ever. First of all, there is no waste basket, trashcan or a recycle bin. No one ever greets you like in other banks. As I'm making my deposit, the rude teller (white woman in her mid 50s) demands for my ID. I'm ready to swipe my driver's license, but she physically wants to touch it. In other locations like the bofa in Fletcher or 2nd Street, I only hold it up for them to retrieve the info. In this location, she said, "I have to have it or else I won't allow you to make your deposit." Since this is obviously her demand/preference and not a bofa guideline (other locations don't make me go through this) I said this is not true and I took my deposit to another bofa the one on 2nd Street. This is me just showing my driver's license at the nice teller in the 2nd street bofa branch."
"Bank wont give me my money. When i told them i wanted to take out my money to transfer it to my other account, they told me they could only give me cash. They wanted me to only take out cash, and go deposit cash in my other bank. Sure, I'll just drive around with my rent and grocery money in cash and feel safe. GIVE ME MY MONEY BOFA Cant use website, and when on phone i keep getting transferred to the same department or hung up on. NO STARS"
"I have been with B of A for over 25 years. They have completely lost the ability to have personalized service with their customers I went in to the bank on August 11th to send a wire to the country of Georgia. The banker I worked with did not put the last 7 digits of the IBAN number in the wire form. I had left my glasses at home. So I asked the banker to triple check the form. He said he did and reassured me everything was correct. Well it wasn't. I called about 5 times to the wire division and sat on hold literally for 2 plus hours several times. Once I got disconnected. I even went back to the branch to find my lost wire. The branch office said his manager would contact me. He / she never did. So it cost me $45 to send the wire. Then when it finally got credited back to my account 22 days later, there were another $70 in fees. The total fees are $115. I am on hold again with the 4th person today and she is so far no help. This bank is terrible at being fair and has unacceptable customer service. I also use Wells Fargo. They are much better. Stay clear of this bank. They don't care about their customers even the ones that have been with the bank for over 25 years."
