"I stopped by party city today to check out, animatronics Halloween stuff and ran into delightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Customer service representative name, Cynthia.! My nephew had a blast as she showed us all the animatronics they had there and some pretty cool stuff for parties. Thank you Cynthia will be back soon."

"My sister & I came in to pick up my nephews costume on 9/30 at 12:22pm. We walked in with my son & her two kids (mine is 7 on the spectrum, mentally 5.). My son (with special needs) can't stand still, common with people on the spectrum (stimming), apparently he was running around playing with a display ballon (which previously he was told was ok to play with because "the mickey balloon tends to roam the store" & instead of these different workers asking him kindly to "stop" they just gave him dirty looks as I was waiting to pay for 3 small skeletons. Just dirty looks given by the coworker & no communication at all & no I won't spend extra money so my son to be given dirty looks just because adults can't understand kids with special needs or even how to talk to kids. Do better & please get educated for the kids. 2 gentleman blowing ballons were the ones giving a 7 year old dirty looks with no communication... people on the spectrum don't pick up on social cues or dirty looks but I as a mom do!"

"The lady managing the register today, right before leaving this post, was fantastic! She was nice and speedy and didn't bat an eye when we asked her to remove a few items. She was so fast about it that we didn't hold up the line. Thank you!"

"Costly and now starting to become limited on decorations. Not sure if this is due to covid restock, but I foresee this because becoming an online store. They were even out of helium for balloons."

"While shopping, there was an older deaf couple, they were trying to yell to get the employees attention that was maybe just 10 feet away. The employee looked at them and ignored them. My partner had to tell the employee that they needed help and she seemed bothered by that. Then a male employee came up to the couple and rudely asked “what’s going on” of course the deaf couple couldn’t speak up, so I said “they’re deaf.” While heading up to the register to pay for my items the young female and male employees were laughing at the couple and the whole situation. They were making fun of the couple and it really broke my heart. Very rude and unprofessional of them to act that way to disabled elderly, or anyone in general."
