That was god dam disrespectful worse then hell. Just for whomever goes into this pawnshop just be worried of the rude customer service that might intail."
"I purchased a motorcycle for about 2K and it has been a good purchase. I dealt with I believe Taylor. While the owner of the motorcycle didn't take care of the motorcycle it still was worth the money I paid. The last time I went in both employees were respectful. The two times I have been here I've had no major concerns. These other reviews seem like they have an axe to grind. I'd buy from Oregon Cash Company again."
"I've been a customer at this shop for almost 20 years. This is without a doubt the BEST pawn shop in Medford. I have 2 guitars that have been in & out of this shop more times than I can count. The people that work here are all amazing people. They do their best to help everyone that walks through the door. I trust this shop completely. I have never found any signs of my guitars being tampered with. I have never had an issue with the amount they offer for my pawn. These guys are so awesome they have actually called me to let me know that I missed my pickup date. On the few occasions this has happened they were KIND enough to extend my loan for a day so I didn't lose my guitars. No other pawn shop has ever done that for me. Thank you for being such amazing people. I love my guitars & the the Oregon Cash Company. I'm very thankful for them. They have helped me so many times.
