School On Wheels Inc is a non-profit institution located at 303 North Ventura Avenue in Ventura, California, United States. Our mission is to provide educational support to homeless children and youth, helping them realize their potential and achieve their dreams.

Every child we serve has a unique story, but they all share one thing in common - a dedicated volunteer tutor who has made a positive impact on their lives. We prioritize student programming, with 92 cents of every dollar going directly towards educational support.

Our volunteer tutors are matched with students based on schedule, location, and expertise. They receive training on trauma-informed approaches to education and ongoing academic planning support. With tutors as our wheels, we are able to reach students in six counties across Southern California, covering a span of 2,500 square miles.
