Reviews
"Staff was rude and the setup of the merchandise is poorly arranged. CD’s are behind the counter and customers are not allowed to go back there and instead have to tell staff of a band they’re looking for and they will check to see if they have anything. This completely defeats the point of going to a record shop to browse through things. I do see comments about this place being a punk/metal record store and to not expect good customer service because of that, but I don’t believe that “being punk” means that you’re too cool to greet customers, make them feel welcome, and act like you appreciate their business."
"These guys have boxes and boxes of punk/metal records, CD's, shirts, patches, etc. Got lots of SST/metal albums here that I would not be able to find at other stores, at a super reasonable price! Staff is cool and won't bother you. They've got a few post-punk gems in here too if you dig deep enough. The store's a little cluttered but that's a good thing in my eyes. Means they're constantly getting new stuff to add. My favorite record store, hands down for anything punk/hardcore/metal related."
"good selection if you’re looking for heavier music like punk and metal and stuff, that’s not mainstream prices are on the higher side, but most of the stuff seems to be in really good condition. could use a little better organization, but love to dig for gems I also don’t seem to open exactly on time got there at around 12:10 and by 12:20 the guy came and opened up"
"I'm sorry to say that this place is much too crowded and disheveled for a pleasant experience. Through and through, I was quite disappointed since so many people were giving this spot such great reviews. I legit thought the place was closed upon finding it, since there were stacks of empty crates all around the store's entrance (which felt like a tripping and fire hazard). Upon entering, I was immediately concerned by the sheer volume of boxed vinyls stacked up all around the interior entrance and around the aisles. It's all quite accessibility unfriendly. Vinyls were packed in so tightly in the cubbies that I couldn't even comfortably leaf through the options without worrying about damaging/bending them. I legit could only see the top sections of the artwork and just bailed on the whole thing. If the place gets tidied up and vinyls are given room to breathe, I'm sure this place could be a 4-5 star store. Right now? It needs serious TLC."
