"My 27-year-old son wanted a bathroom themed birthday party for him and his preschool class. I came to fart city to buy all of my decorations. him and his friends had a blast in the high school boys bathroom. we got great party favor, such as farts in a jar and Ziploc bags with poop in them. thank you Fart city for making my 27-year-old son in his preschool classes party really special."

"I did a curbside pickup order for a costume. We get home and out of the 7 pieces only 2 pieces came in the bag. I went back to the store to get a return but I couldn't because I missed the deadline to return which was fine that was an error on my part. Anyhow we pick another costume and I pay the difference. We get home and again there's a piece missing. I was so frustrated. The employees were not rude I just hope they had a better organized system with the costumes."

"I did an online order curved side pick up, I never received an email my order was ready but I spoke to a guy who said they would process it because they had to cancel an item that was out of stock which was fine. Didn’t receive the email, waited 24 hours nothing waited another 8 decided to go to the store call while at the parking one would answer after 15 mins or so when in side the store only to be told to wait on the other side of the store because the online poster is misleading it doesn’t actually say where to waited or what line I need to stand at. I ask the only person at the front direct me to the other end of the store to wait after a couple minutes she walk over and ask my name n got my order. I explain to her what had happen but it was like I didn’t say anything. She handed me my bag n that was it. Very unfriendly. N no explanation what happen why my order wasn’t processed correctly."
