"I am not one to write bad reviews but I decided to write this one due to a bad and awkward experience that happened today. As returning customers, my girlfriend and I decided to go inside the store and buy some records today. The owner made a no photography allowed comment when my gf took a picture of a vinyl. I immediately thought the owner was starting a conversation and joking as this has never happened to us before anywhere not even at this shop. A few minutes later, I took a picture of a vinyl I was interested in learning more of. The owner said hey pictures are not allowed, you have to live in the moment. I explained to him it was just for quick reference and I had no intention of putting the picture in social media or anything. He said he doesn't allow pictures. This just made for an awkward and bad shopping experience as there was another customer in the store. If the owner doesn't like photos taken in the store, he should post a sign to inform you as you walk in, let it be known before you even grab a vinyl. It was quite an embarrassing experience for us. I dont know what the owner's problem is as he posts pictures of vinyls and customers in social media all the time and clearly isn't living in the moment as he told us. Very contracting if you ask me. I still made a purchase as I believe in supporting small businesses, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this store again."

"I used to work a few miles down and found it by accident and what a happy accident,!!! I love finding record stores but this is my favorite record store hands down. The owner makes you feel welcome and has a selection. Albums are more than reasonable. I miss being close, now I drove from Glendale to visit and it's worth the trip!!"
