"I have a 32 year old Special Needs son. Last year we started having issues with Social Security on his disability payments, and they invalidated his Special Needs Trust which they had previously approved through several audits for the last 12 years! Suffice to say that it opened up a can of worms about where his funds were invested and the possibility that the SSA could demand equity out of our property at some point in order to be reimbursed. What followed was a pathetic ordeal of calling 3 different high-end attorneys who charged us $2-400 for a one hour phone call , only to tell us in each case that they didn't really know what to do, but they would be glad to refer us to someone else. That was nuts! Finally, one of them had their act together enough to send us to Craig. Craig got on the phone with us for no charge or fee discussed the matter and guess what? He knew exactly what do to! We went in to see him, got the matter taken care of, and for just a little more than it cost for the three phone calls to the incompetents who charged us. Craig does not know i am writing this! But I had clients who called me in Ventura today and had an Estate Planning problem and I knew exactly who to send them to. It made me remember that I had never reviewed Craig, so I thought I owed it to you all to make this known."
