"The Idea is to deliver MY mail to MY ADDRESS, NOT to someone else's and NOT to receive OTHER'S mail at MY address. It's been too much to ask apparently as we at our apartment complex have complained many times to the Willits Post Office. I'll be filing a formal complaint tomorrow. No stars today, because the delivery person failed to deliver a quality final product, (which is to deliver mail to the person named) and a post office that hasn't responded with right action . Oh, I had to click at least one star for this to post."

"Very helpful! Great customer service inside and out!!! One of my packages didn't get delivered and who I'm guessing is the post master came and chased the delivery truck down and brought my package back to me. Don't think you could ask for better service!!"

"Willits, California USPS, what a joke. Now wonder the business going under. Rude, rude manager woman. They have worthless counter people who don’t even know where their boss is or will be back at any given time. Every time I called USPS the manager woman had just stepped out to taken a break. From my daily phone calls it seems she takes quite a few ‘breaks’ during the day. I had been trying to locate a missing package everyday for a week and several times had to ‘call back in half an hour’ as the manager ‘just stepped out’ (again) or call back before 4:00 as that is her quitting time. Worthless."
