"Horrible bank, horrible tellers, they are unfriendly unhelpful, No customer services for seniors and ignored when waiting. Not enough tellers. update a year later “And still continues to be the most worthless bank ever disgusting experience, horrible bank go somewhere else at all coast!” Bank with anything but bank of america"
"Worst bank ever if you're planning on just exchanging cash for quarters or anything, just go to Chase, they will not exchange your cash unless you have an account. Chase quote, exchange your change without an account. And they wonder why they're closing banks."
"WORST LOCATION EVER AND WORST BANK OF AMERICA I HAVE NEVER HAD WORST NIGHTMARE EXPIRENCE LIKE I DID AT THIS BANK of america in LAKE ELSINORE LOCATION IN CALIFORNIA From about 2 days ago, I experienced an incident at Bank of America that compelled me to reflect on the values we expect from institutions we trust. I want to share my experience,to raise awareness about the importance of addressing discrimination and promoting respect and support for all customers. A few days ago, I visited my local Bank of America branch : LAKE ELSINORE LOCATION IN CALIFORNIA to take care of some banking matters. What should have been a routine visit took an unexpected turn when I became the target of racial discrimination from another customer. This person uttered hurtful and racist comments, telling me to "go back to your country," asserting that "this is America," and demanding that I "shut up." These comments were not only offensive but deeply distressing. What makes this experience even more disheartening is the reaction, or rather the lack thereof, from Bank of America personnel. Despite this incident unfolding right before their eyes, the bank staff chose to remain silent and unresponsive. They did not intervene, call the authorities, or offer any form of support or assistance. As a customer who has entrusted my financial matters to Bank of America for years, I expected better. The purpose of sharing this experience is not to single out Bank of America but to underscore the importance of addressing discrimination promptly and effectively in all public spaces, including banks. Institutions like Bank of America should be safe havens for all customers, irrespective of their background or ethnicity. Discrimination has no place in our society, and it is the responsibility of all establishments to take a stand against it. I urge Bank of America to take this incident seriously, conduct a thorough review of their customer support and intervention protocols, and ensure that their staff is adequately trained to handle situations involving discrimination. I remain hopeful that Bank of America will take proactive steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. #Equality #RespectForAll #BankOfAmericaIncident"
"Worst customer service ever. Treat customers very poorly Tried cashing a check and would not allow me to cash. Tried to get money from the check and deposit the rest and still wouldn't allow us. We had to deposit whole check and wait for it to clear to get out money. This is absolutely ridiculous, the fact that the banker was treating us like we stole the check when in fact it's our hard earned money. Bank of America service has gone down. Really considering moving to a different bank."
"Lost my card, walked into a fully open branch, but they wouldn’t see me for 2 hrs for a temporary replacement card. Mgr wasn’t helping anyone, only one personal banker helping people and two tellers. Line had over 12 people but they didn’t care. Bigger branch too, so I would expect more people on staff, on a Friday no less. Smh. Guess I will be changing banks. Not like they care"
