"The new manager is great! Not only do they always make sure everything is in working order, but Susan also goes out of her way to make sure everything’s cleaned up outside and if anything needs something done she’s on the ball. The grounds are always cleaned up, lawns always mowed, no trash around, the people here are all nice and mind their business which is a plus. They recently updated all the units with new glass patio doors, all new windows, and brand new kitchens with a dishwasher. As long as you’re respectful and keep your house in order, both inside and out, and be respectful to your neighbors and management you will have no problems here."

"Overall the property was descent the only complaint is that things could have been updated. The outside of the property isn’t very flattering to look at but the inside is nice. The inside of the towne house I looked at was old but fairly clean. When it came down to trying to rent from this location, that is where things got very overly complicated. I started my application process months in advance and filed every piece of paperwork in a orderly fashion. That was not enough the manager Sara gave me a hard time every step of the way. She even accused me of having someone else fill out my papers for me, with no proof. She also asked that I get a fax form from EVERY JOB that I worked at in the past 10 years to prove that I don’t work there. She promised me the apartment then turned around and gave it to a someone else. I did read the comments before I applied and was hesitant but went along anyway just in case they turned out to not be true. These comments are the truth and I really wish I would have listened. Sara has a stand-offish approach and can be very rude at times. Don’t do it, don’t apply. Just because it’s HUD housing doesn’t mean you have to be treated less then you deserve."

"The manager of this company, sara, is extremely unprofessional. Homz management does nothing to back its tenants, instead they back sara. Sara has 3 very different personalities. Ive lived here nearly 5 years and shes always attempting to enforce rules that are not in the lease. When confronted with such, she says she will call the police. Shes asked the police to ticket me with disorderly conduct because the rule she was stating was NOT in the lease and the police refused to ticket me. Homz doesnt care what she does. They let her get away with everything."

"THE MANAGER IS SPITEFUL . She has breached confidentiality multiple times between tenants. She has enforced procedures and rules that aren't stated in our legal leases. Over the years has shown favoritism to tenants. Her passive aggressive attitude shows she doesn't have the education and patience to work with people with mental disabilities and learning disabilities. She has told people to call the police over simple management dilemmas in avoidance to making her job more difficult. THIS WILL NO BE THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL SEE."
