Wave Broadband

"I’ve called wave countless times. I live in Garberville California and my service with wave has been the worst and most inconsistent service I’ve ever had. Every time I leave town the Internet goes out in my business and at home and I have no service. Do not get wave broadband! Way too expensive with only very little connectivity or service."

They lied to get my business, didn't provide services described in the contract, and after I canceled my service and returned my equipment they turned my account over to collections for "not returning the equipment". Consumer beware. Update: And when you tell the truth about their company some lying !&@%#$ will pretend to publicly care."

"Do not under any circumstances do business with this company. It sucks, they suck, it's expensive and slow, and breaks down often. No one at Wave cares, they won't answer their phone, and the office in Garberville appears to be closed forever. This is the worst internet provider in history. Get the satellite service from Excede, it costs more but works well! Best thing to do is avoid living near Garberville entirely, but that is a different subject..."

"Worst service ever!! It like having 56K Modem internet service. Internet service regularly off line, Company never offers to credit account for full days of no internet service. Just their "corporate line" of talk of why internet service was unavailable and not their fault ( So basically a "screw you buddy thanks for your money sucker!!" )"

"these guys suck. my roommate and i pay $65 dollars for 500 kbs when we should be getting 55 mbs. this company deserves to be torn down and the owners imprisoned for screwing the entire area out of any decent internet speeds."
