"Rick is an awful attorney. When filing my incorporation documents he couldn't even get the name of my business correct, causing me several weeks of delay and having to pay additional fees to the contractor state license board to have my license renewed. When I called Rick about taking on the city of Santa Barbara for violations of procedure and code he tucked his tail between his legs and told me there was no way he could take on something like that and it would cost tens of thousands of dollars. except all it took was one letter from legal shield. One cease and desist letter was able to resolve this problem. This guy doesn't even know his clients business names. I can't recommend him for anything."
