"Since Leslie’s acquisition, the liquid chlorine is not as potent as it was with the previous owner. There’s a noticeable difference and effectiveness which is evident both from smelling the bottle and the performance. I now have to add twice as much to my pool as I used to for the last 6 years. The store also no longer allows for a mixed cart of liquid chlorine and acid. You now have to buy a full cart of each. Service is sort of the same but not as genuine as with the previous owners. I will no longer be going there."

"I needed some technical help with programming. My sun tech controller for my pool and spa. I called their tech line and was referred to David. David called me back and walked me through programming my controller and in just a few minutes. I respect his knowledge and patience as he helped me with my problem. I am very pleased with the service. Thanks again to David for doing a great job."

"I had been a long time happy customer spending thousands since 1994, but since 2020 this place has become the worst for both service and in store sales. Every time I've attempted to buy something in the store, their cash register system is being updated during business hours or is down or is running sluggishly. They say it's being updated by a service in Canada. But recently after waiting 1 hour to buy a single $300 item, I gave up and walked out forever. I recently required pump service, but their service department never returned two phone calls requesting an equipment repair. I tried to use their pool cleaning service, but the communication between the pool cleaning service guy and his pool cleaning service department management for a simple auto filler install resulted in a such a mess that I cancelled the cleaning service."
