"My son started Baby Seals with Steffi at the age of 10 months. He was not to excited about the first few lessons, but after that loved every minute and even would sign more more more to Steffi. He is now 18 months, still going and I am VERY comfortable with him around the pool. He can easily get from one end to the other. He is a little fish and loves to swim. I highly recommend this program if you are anywhere near water. Water safety is very important. We should not have to see articles of children drowning in their own pools. Too many children grow up with a fear of water. Steffi is great with the children and very compassionate person."

"Excellent instructor for your kids. Steffi has the right amount of love and discipline - both for the kids and her work. It's absolutely amazing what she is able to achieve - or should I say make your child to achieve? - within the 6-8 week course. I started my son when he was 15 months old in Avila (she also teaches in Paso Robles). He was one of the more stubborn kids. He was not excited about water, but followed Steffi's direction because of her approach, and he loves her to this day (he is now almost 6yo AND loves swimming as well :)) I also put my daughter through the program and she did great. I'm planning to take her back for refresher this summer. This is a must if your child has any kind of an access to a pool and I highly recommend it even to those who don't (we don't have a pool, but I was always happy to know that my children are water safe.) Steffi will teach your child to flip on their backs, so they are able to float and breathe (and much more.) Steffi is passionate about her work and easy to trust with your child - and believe me, I wasn't comfortable seeing my child under water at first at all. Great program, great instructor, well worth your money."
