And when I go to CALL someone about it, I find out the office for customer service is closed at 1pm! Costumer service is pretty useless..."

"The hours listed here AND on the UPS website are a lie. This location doesn't open until 11am (see attached photo of sign with their hours). And on the day I went, Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, I waited from 10 to 11am only to see someone had posted a handwritten note that the location wouldn't open until 3pm."
