"Racist flight school, it maybe cheaper than other flight school. But they thrash you, you don’t get any convenience. I was told I they will have an accommodation, upon my arrival HERO (the guy who runs the flight school) said he is not gonna take me, called me selfish on the phone. Left me stranded in the rain with no place to stay. Wouldn recommend it to anyone. Might be for only Japanese people since this guy doesn’t even speak English properly"

You can do your entire license under one roof without requiring to be shuffled around across various places. "I took my check ride with Nice Air, and everything went smoothly. The airplanes have very clean maintenance records. The engines were well maintained, smooth and strong. The mechanics were very friendly and efficient. I had a problem with the brake caliper and they fixed it within 1 hour. The instructors and students are very friendly. "Nice Air strikes the perfect balance between affordability and luxury. They are a very professional operation with a sound maintenance facility that keeps their aircraft in excellent working order. Their aircraft may not be newest out there, but they don't charge "new aircraft" prices either. The important thing is that they know what they are doing and I've always had complete confidence in their equipment, instructors and mechanics. I moved to the Bay Area several years ago and discovered Nice Air while looking for a good place to rent aircraft for recreation as well as furthering my flight training (Commercial and CFI). Their school does attract a large number of students from Europe and Asia but I've also met a good number of other Silicon Valley professionals there and find it a great place to hang out and to just be around other general aviation enthusiasts. I've flown with numerous flight schools and rental operations across the US and have found that they tend to fall into one of three categories: There are the flashy, overpriced places with brand new, expensive aircraft and self-important instructors. Those places never seem to stay in business for long. Then there are the old, dusty places tucked away in the corner of the airport with out of date equipment and out of touch instructors. Those places are just a little too scary for my comfort level! And then there are places like Nice Air that focus on the important things like safety and professionalism, without wasting money on flashy offices etc. These places frequently outlast the competition because they're doing it right. These are the places I feel most comfortable flying with and this is why I enjoy flying at Nice Air and recommend it to others."

"Our AC unit was not operating when we arrived at our mobile home at Paradise Bay so we phoned a contractor who had previously done a "check up" on the unit. When their technician arrived and did about a 5-10 minute check of the unit, we were informed that a new compressor was needed, but that they could install a new unit for a minimal amount more … total of about $5,000 ! I phoned Nice Air and they promptly sent a service tech who made a thorough assessment, replaced a burnt out disconnect, checked all pressures, etc. and had the unit up and running within 90 minutes at a very fair price ( a fraction of what the first contractor tried to finagle). I could not be happier with the Nice Air service tech, Chris, who was thorough, honest and explained every step. I will not name the first company but rest assured I would NEVER use them again.
