"I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at the Law office of William Gamble, specifically with our appointed attorney, Ms. Garcia. My partner and I waited for a week for a "free consultation," only to be met with an absolute nightmare. While we were going to have that “free consultation” it was clear how disappointing it was to Ms. Garcia to have to offer this. She had to mention that normally she would’ve charged $300-$400 but because she is under William Gamble she had to offer the free consultation service. We made sure to provide all necessary information, including the case number, to the front desk, hoping for a smooth process. When I finally spoke with her, she knew nothing about my case even though I provided the receptionist the case number. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and spoke as if she couldn’t care less about taking on my case. Thank god I didn’t spend any money on this extremely rude and unprofessional person.
