Miss Grozman has none of those. It is but a shame. My heart hurts for the children who I have seen crying because of Miss Lena’s harsh words and actions, and her inability to teach professionally, with patience. She will claim that she’s a professional who needs to teach in a strict way. But what I think is… Maybe she shouldn’t teach children if she wants to be “strict.”"
