I made an error when signing up for a class, it immediately got caught (so you know a human looks at everything), and I got pointed in the right direction via email. The classes are taught by experienced and engaging teachers. They're _very_ beginner-friendly (lots of folk with little or no acting experience) and create environments where you're free to make mistakes, learn, and grow without judgment. Most of the class content (at the beginner level) seems to be small-group exercises (e.g., games) to focus on specifics, but the educators make a point of emphasizing fundamentals and offering feedback _every_ time. The community around these classes feels positive and rewarding; students also give one another feedback and share their talents.
