"I switched from a flight school in concord to PFC at Hayward because I was not improving much even though I was flying 3 days a week with about 105 hours…… I moved to PFC, I was introduced to Malek. From the first lesson I knew Malek is a great instructor that cares about his student’s improving. In about 7hrs, Malek got me ready to do my solo, cross country solo and I am doing check-ride prep currently. Even though concord airport was 20mins drive for me, and Hayward airport is about 1hr in traffic(40mins without traffic) but it’s definitely worth it for me. In the long term I would’ve saved a lot more money and time if I had gone here but I was brand new to aviation and didn’t know much. Now I know a lot more and I would rather drive 1hr in traffic to learn from Malek at PFC than anywhere else. The owner Mohammed is amazing. Always smiling and interacting with people at the school. I love the planes!!! The avionics on the c172M are amazing! They have a 2021 G1000 as well. They have many other aircrafts that you can have a look at on the website. I love the airport, it’s right by Oakland so the airspace is busy and really gets you set up for the best scenarios. The airport in general seems more developed than concord and other airports I have been to such as Reid Hill View, with a lot more companies located on the field in Hayward. The PFC office is a great spot for pilot to hang out. They have a bunch of simulators as well."
